    I've always ordered pick-up, so maybe that's why I've never had a bad experience here.

    Food is always correct and ready and tastes just like any other Papa John's.

    So, I'd recommend ordering online and pickup to save yourself the headache other people seem to have had.

    This was the worst pizza I ever ate in my life !!!!!! A total waste of money !!!!! If could give the pizza I just order negative  stars i would !!!!Never in my life will order  from here again . Super bogus !!!!!

    I worked at papa for a few years. ordered extra cheese and it literally has less cheese than a regular pizza. trash

    I never experienced such bad service from Papa Johns until it came to this store. I ordered a large cheese pizza and 2L of Pepsi. Received my confirmation email saying it'd be 45-55 mins. Perfect. An hour and half later I call and ask about the pizza and the rude lady that answered tried blaming it on me saying that she tried to call and no one answered the phone even though I had my phone on me. She then proceeded to say that the driver is getting ready to leave and should be there in a few mins. I even gave her my cell number again... Another hour and half later I call the store again and the same lady answers and says the pizza should be there and just keeps asking if I want to cancel the order. I just say yes at this point.  Very rude and full of liars. ‍

    Put in my order online. Got the confirmation. Never received the order. I called to cancel. The manager said the order had already been cancelled & they had called me. She(the manager) lies. Bad business. Bad franchise. Bad management. Go elsewhere for better food.
